MRS. PRYOR
Assistant Principal
Jennifer Pryor believes that all students can learn when there is a foundation built between the teacher, the student, and the parents based on mutual respect, trust, openness, acceptance, and curiosity. Education is not one-size-fits-all but should be customized to engage the student’s knowledge, experiences, and interests to generate excitement for learning. Jennifer received a Bachelor's degree in Professional Arts (2000) and Masters Degree in Health Care Administration (2002) and worked in health care for 10 years before transitioning into education. She spent the last 13 years at Joliet Central High School teaching Health Science, Medical Law & Ethics, and Health Information Technology. In 2020, she completed a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership. She is very excited to join the Bednarcik Junior High family. She looks forward to working with all the students, staff, and families to contribute to the process of growing students both academically and socially into independent young adults, ready for high school.
